Week One: Reflections on Identifying a Problem of Practice

 I've been thinking quite a bit about how I might focus my action research study. I'm really interested in exploring the Professional Learning Community (PLC) in our school building. We've had so many issues lately related to decision-making and the PLC seems a place where this is made visible. I think this likely is impacting the climate of the school generally, at least among the staff. I'm starting to think that perhaps I could carry out an action research study, with the aim of better understanding how decision-making is understood within the PLC.
